Brand Partnerships Strategist


The FOREO Brand Partnerships Department is growing and seeking a Brand Partnerships Strategist to join the team. Willing to relocate to our Global Marketing HQ in Croatia, you will be a collaborative, creative thinker with great human and business instincts. This isn’t your average role– you’ll be helping to shape our Brand Partnership Department and approaches and join at exciting time of growth for the business. Focusing on the creation of win-win partnerships across all channels, you will look to expand our global network of Social Media Influencers, KOLs, Celebrities, Partner Brands and indeed retailers who can be considered part of FOREO’s wider family. This individual will be reporting directly into the Global Brand Partnerships Manager and supporting on a strategic level.


  • Support the integration of partner content across our owned channels through close monitoring of content calendars specific to influencer marketing. Aligning with Marketing, Digital, Social Media, PR, and Retail teams to reflect key programs and product launches
  • Support preparing, reviewing and signing off relevant contracts and partnership pitch decks
  • Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed, reporting monthly on success stories and maintaining core reports working with local markets
  • Proactively identify angles and pitch customer, product, vertical and/or issues-based stories, in alignment with PR
  • Execute creative and content requirements with in-house and/or agency teams related to campaigns and individual projects
  • Execute necessary logistical planning required for celebrity/influencer relationship management/ including support on influencer events.
  • Actively seek out partnerships with brands who align with FOREO to reach wider audiences/ explore co-promotion opportunities
  • Support sales channels/ key retailers with partnership angles and approaches


Skills and Qualities Required

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must with proven project management skills to get things done (must be a fluent English speaker)
  • 3+ years experience in the role of sales, marketing, content development, or business development roles in similar industry
  • Interest and knowledge of KOL’s, celebrities, pop culture and social media.
  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas and story tell
  • Experience in creating strategic long term partnerships and taking a win win approach
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment that feels like a start up
  • Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate strong partnership relationships
  • A strong passion for our mission and excitement for FOREO products and brand
