FOREO is seeking a proactive and hands-on Digital PR Team Lead to join our award-winning North America team. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage given markets and who will meet the objectives of all campaigns to the best of their ability. This key role will ensure that allocated budgets on content advertising are effectively spent by developing partnerships with websites and influencers and/or working on self-service content distribution networks and various other media partners for US and Canada. Your scope of work includes team coordination, analyzing and approving offers, overseeing the process of content creation with partners, monitoring and evaluating campaigns and much more. You will collaborate with all members of the Media team, PR team, Social Media team, and Brand Partnership team from global offices to complete all processes in producing quality content strategy.

Essential Job Functions:

You will be responsible for the success of various projects and will coordinate a team of specialists, assistants and/or interns, help streamline processes with creative team, logistics, agencies and other units. In addition, the candidate will:

  • Become the team leader that knows everything about paid content distribution and paid PR placements
  • Independently manage the team and content advertising activities on assigned markets and be responsible for the budget spend of all placements booked and content created through third party providers
  • Protect the online reputation of the brand and products by making sure the audience sees a positive impact
  • Hire when necessary and manage team, freelancers, agencies, external talent to be ready to support internal activities, and workflow
  • Build strategies, roadmaps and execution plans for marketing campaigns in the field of content advertising, paid PR, and online reputation management
  • All partnership proposals, briefs and delivered content before publishing Track, record and perform data evaluation of everything that is done, come up with unified metrics and data collection
  • Constantly monitor set KPIs, ensure positive development and provide regular reports to management
  • Review all partnership proposals, briefs and delivered content before publishing
  • Keep an eye on digital content media trends globally and on the assigned market, test new formats and optimize efficiency

Required/Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The selected candidate will have knowledge/skills/abilities in the following areas:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Liberal Arts degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital PR, Communications, and Online Based Content or a similar role
  • Native level of English and excellent communications skills (written and verbal) including presentation and speaking skills
  • Business level of Spanish communication skills preferred
  • Team management experience
  • Dedication, goal oriented and ability to manage teams to meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a highly visible fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Possess the love of content advertising and finding new unexpected ways to organically tell the story of the brand/product
  • Extremely well organized in your work: to-do lists, sheets, automatized reports. You will need to be able to manage multi-layer, multi-platform, multi-market activities
  • Knowledge of Google G-Suite, Google Analytics, and Social Media or the ability to learn very fast
  • Critical eye and striving for excellence in everything created
  • Result-driven and with high level of motivation and persistence
  • Occasional national and international travel may be required
