Digital PR Specialist will make sure that content advertising activities are executed by making partnerships with websites and influencers or working on self-service content distribution networks and various other media partners. Your scope of work includes researching and establishing contacts, analyzing offers, handling the process of content creation with partners, monitoring and evaluating campaigns and much more. You will collaborate with all members of the media team and colleagues from global offices to complete all processes in producing quality content.

Digital Media Specialist duties and responsibilities

  • Become the content media planner that knows everything about paid content distribution and paid content placements
  • Execute content advertising activities on assigned markets and be responsible for the cost-effectiveness of all placements booked and quality of content created through third party providers
  • Assess proposals from potential partners and ensure cost-effectiveness of all deals by negotiating the best terms
  • Support all marketing campaigns in the field of content advertising, online reputation management
  • Create plans and work on targeted messaging for all booked content, brief the partners and review all delivered content before publishing so that quality of created content is at the desired levels
  • Protect the online reputation of products by making sure the audience sees a positive impact
  • Track, record and performance data evaluation of everything what is done
  • Keep an eye on digital content media trends globally and on the assigned markets, find and test new formats and optimize
  • Manage & follow-up with people so that things would be delivered and on time

Digital PR Specialist requirements

Personal Qualities Required

  • Passion for content advertising and finding new and unexpected ways to organically tell the story of the brand/product
  • Passion for organizing things, putting them into buckets. To be extremely well organized in your work: to-do lists, sheets, automatized reports, project management software. You will need them to be able to manage multi-layer, multi-platform, & multi-market activities
  • Dedication, goal oriented and ability to manage workload to meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a highly visible fast-paced environment, managing multiple conflicting priorities
  • Knowledge of Google G-Suite, Google Analytics, and Social Media or the ability to learn very fast
  • Enjoy working on analytical tasks
  • Critical eye and striving for excellence in everything created
  • High level of independence and responsibility for achieving results
  • Result-driven and with high level of motivation and persistence

Required Experience / Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and PR environment.
  • Native level of JAPANESE (writing and speaking)
  • Good level of ENGLISH (writing and speaking)
