FOREO has an immediate need for an inspirational, talented and hands-on Key Account Manager to join our award-winning US team. In turn, we offer an exciting and dynamic working environment. The ideal applicant will be based out of our US Sales and Marketing HQ in Las Vegas, NV.

Every day, business to business and business to client customers go to our customer’s stores to discover the beauty and personal care products we manufacture. As a Key Account Manager, primary responsibilities will include; making sure FOREO provides customers with key product inventory and solutions for our products and creating long-term customers with experiences built on trust. He/she will drive the business sales strategy for his/her business team and manage teams across a market area that encompasses USA locations. By leading and inspiring all partners to provide unparalleled customer service, the Key Account Manager fosters long-term loyalty to FOREO and its business development solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Drives the strategy and infuses the business vision into professional relationships in designated market location
  • Fosters consistent practices for all locations, as well as stays flexible enough to manage unique variances in designated market
  • Maintains a constant influence with every customer, ensuring role is intensely focused on forging new relationships with local businesses, managing accounts, and building loyalty by providing quality experiences for business customers
  • Builds a strong business relationship that helps companies succeed and enables our customer’s stores to reach and exceed performance goals
  • Bridges the worlds of retail, corporate, and business development by combining the company vision with field execution to create future business success for our customer’s stores
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Proven ability to drive incremental revenue, create new relationships and manage existing ones, and build loyalty within a market region
  • Experience in Sephora Relationship Management preferred
  • Strong understanding of how to position solutions for business clients
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing a complex business across multiple locations and sales experience
  • A minimum of three years in retail and account management
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work a flexible and remote schedule (work hours will be based on business needs)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Individual must possess the knowledge and following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of time
  • Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents
  • Sufficient vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in hand-written forms, and printed on papers
  • Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
