Logistics Planning Assistant


LOCATION: Zagreb.


WHAT WILL YOU DO AT FOREO

Primary operations:

  • Processing daily shipment orders (transferring orders to warehouse for packing).
  • Determining shipping dates, shipping methods and forwarders.
  • Managing products in stock.
  • Daily updates of shipping information in the system.
  • Communication and information exchange with other departments in the company.
  • Secondary operations:
  • Assisting with stock management processes, forecasting and analysis.
  • Supporting planning and forecasting processes through reporting and analysis.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Preferably 1+ year of experience in a logistics department.
  • Very good knowledge in English language.
  • Knowledge of warehouse systems and working practices in logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge of multi-channel operations is an advantage.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
