KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor the Shipping plan and decide which orders can be processed and sent depending on the stock level while taking into consideration different factors
Collect package information and determine the type of transportation and optimal carrier which can meet the expected arrival date while taking into consideration price, transit time and overall service
Create stock forms and internal orders
Analyze orders
Upload shipment information
Communicate with all relevant departments regarding order issues, collect and record issues
Create and maintain accessible, retrievable computer archives and databases
All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably 2+ years of relevant work experience in logistics or planning and analysis.
Minimum high school degree
Very good knowledge in English language.
Knowledge of warehouse systems and working practices in logistics.
Advanced knowledge of multi-channel operations is an advantage.
Good communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
