WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
FOREO is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our dynamic HR department and work on FOREO’s vacancies across the EMEA region. Your main task will be handling the full recruitment cycle in areas of Digital PR, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and related fields.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AT FOREO
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Write precise and interesting job descriptions
- Advertise jobs on different platforms and use other available channels to search for potential candidates
- Screen resumes and shortlist matching candidates
- Coordinate and conduct phone, video and face to face interviews
- Select candidates in collaboration with hiring managers
- Follow up on the interview process status
- Perform reference and background checks
- Stay up to date with the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy and state laws regarding employment practices
- Complete reports on employment activity in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on Employer Branding and similar activities
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably coming from a recruitment agency
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- You are a great listener who is not afraid to ask challenging questions
