PR Specialist is responsible for the company's communications activities in the field of PR with the goal of establishing and improving its competitive positioning in the market to support sales lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS

• qualifications: minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Public Relations Business or a related discipline
• working experience: 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities, excellent organisational and communication skills,  excellent knowledge of PR activities, excellent in english in writing and speaking, excellent professional and soft skills 
• knowledge of English at a communicative level (at least B2/C1) 
• ability to use new technologies (chatgpt, canva)
• ability to work in an international team or openness to other cultures
• ease of writing your own texts plus the ability to translate texts from English
• availability for trips abroad (max 2x a year)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• supervising and giving direction to the work of foreign agencies - Hungary and Bulgaria
• reporting to the Marketing Manager and close cooperation (joint decision-making)
• organization of events in the Polish, Hungarian and Bulgarian markets
• Prepare and execute communication and PR activities that include media outreach according to strategy
• Execute strategic communications plans including press positioning, messaging, media relations strategies, creative collaboration strategies, fresh pitch ideas, and high-impact buzz marketing programs and events for the responsible market for all communications channels
• Write press releases, media announcements, speeches and other PR copy
• Devise and execute a local market PR and storytelling plan in line with global strategy
• Responsible for received content align, but also create and shape communication topics for the respective market (alone or with the PR agencies)
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of local PR campaigns and communicate insights to management
• Communicate with all relevant organisational units on daily basis
• Proactively reporting on outcomes and goal achievements
• All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact the successful completion of the project..
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and managing correspondence related to the project.
