Qualification:

1.    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2.    2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content marketing, or social media management within the beauty, lifestyle, health, or wellness industries.

3.    Proven experience in managing influencer collaborations, negotiating deliverables, and analyzing campaign data.

4.    Strong understanding of social media platforms (mainly META & TikTok), and content trends.

5.    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

6.    Native Thai speaker with strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

7.    Creative mindset, high attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.


Responsibilities:

1.    Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators that align with brand identity and target audience.

2.    Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns — from concept to content brief, product seeding, posting timeline, and performance tracking.

3.    Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and partners to expand the brand’s organic reach and earned content.

4.    Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align influencer activities with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

5.    Oversee content quality, storytelling tone, and visual consistency across all influencer-led campaigns.

6.    Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using UTM links, voucher codes, and engagement metrics to assess ROI and optimize strategy.

7.    Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creators to keep campaigns relevant and impactful.

8.    Support creation of campaign briefs, monthly recaps, and performance dashboards.
