REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4 years of retail management experience in beauty, FMCG, or luxury environment; experience with beauty devices or skincare brands preferred.
Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory, and store operations.
Genuine interest and appreciation for beauty technology and luxury retail trends.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or relevant fields is an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, team management, and adherence to company policies.
Deliver and exceed retail sales targets through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and execution of corporate strategies.
Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate high-performing beauty advisors, conducting regular training and performance reviews.
Maintain high standards of customer service, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring all clients receive expert consultations on FAQ SwissTM and FOREO devices and skincare
Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain cleanliness and appeal of the store.
Manage inventory and stock control, including ordering, receiving, and conducting regular cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
Analyze sales performance and submit relevant reports to HQ, utilizing KPIs to constantly improve results.
Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams for in-store activations, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and after-sales service with professionalism and brand care.
Plan monthly staff rosters, ensuring full coverage and efficient store management.
Maintain compliance with Takashimaya and FOREO corporate standards and policies.
May be required to support administrative task in the office from time to time.
