REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience 
• Advanced/fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to proactively drive content strategy and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Own content end-to-end, from planning to delivery, while finding fresh, unexpected ways to tell the brand story
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong passion for the evolving beauty-tech industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create copy for a wide range of audiences, always demonstrating a thorough understanding and knowledge of the FOREO brand, values, image, and product portfolio
• Plan and execute CRM content across multiple touchpoints, including email newsletters, customer journeys, push notifications, in-app campaigns, and paid subscription experiences
• Take full ownership of content quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all channels
• Develop original campaign concepts and CRM content strategies, bringing fresh and engaging storytelling ideas to life
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate copy concepts into visually compelling, on-brand creative executions
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, support campaign execution, and ensure information accuracy
• Research and proactively incorporate the latest beauty and skincare trends into content planning and creation
• Support marketing and sales initiatives with high-performing CRM copy
• Contribute to broader CRM team projects and creative initiatives as needed
• All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
