We are on the lookout for a key contributor to the company's digital advertising success, collaborating closely both internally and externally while delivering consistent and cost-effective digital media solutions that generate demand and support business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience considered.
At least 1-3 years in digital advertising or a similar role, with proven track record in multi-platform, multi-market campaign management.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta advertising
Knowledge of other major digital platforms knowledge will be considered as an advantage
Familiarity with project management tools, tracking tools, reporting, and data analysis.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn for different markets.
Collaborate closely with other marketing, creative, and data teams on campaign planning, asset production, and execution.
Brief creative teams/agencies and coordinate on ad content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and target audiences.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and goals, delivering weekly/monthly reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Conduct research on advertising trends, competitors, and new media opportunities to inform strategy and recommend optimizations.
Develop and implement strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structures, targeting, and channel selection.
Coordinate with external partners and agencies to track deliverables and campaign progress.
Support the setup, administration, and analysis of analytics dashboards and reporting tools to track results.
Contribute to the creation and testing of new platform approaches and creative formats.
Stay current on digital advertising best practices, platform updates, and compliance requirements.
