E-Commerce Assistant (Marketplaces)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain marketing calendar and launch calendar for each retailer site in line with market communication strategy and calendar, send correspondence with updates to retailers or internal teams.
• Keep track and update monthly marketing calendars.
• Ensure monitoring, measurement and reporting of all marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure all brand and product pages are in line with brand expectations and standards
• Support business development team to identify new online sales channels and find new opportunities for online business growth making sure that the brand presence and product pages on retail sites are consistent and at the highest level
• Cooperation with the business development team to improve customer attraction and retention.
• Monitor sales results of all channels and maintain standards of product merchandising online/ copy, imagery, and usage.
• Order processing - Entering orders into our order management system
• All other activities according to the Supervisor's request on behalf of job position requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development tools is a plus.
• Previous internship or coursework related to web administration or e-commerce is advantageous
