REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in the same or similar key job activities,
well-developed professional and soft skills,
excellent in English
very good analytical skills
Excel / Google Sheets advanced skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and regularly update marketing and launch calendars for each retailer site in line with the market communication plan.
Ensure monitoring, measurement, and reporting of all marketing and promotional activities. (e.g. visibility, AD placements, sales trends, CVR, traffic).
Check that brand and product pages (including titles, descriptions, and images) meet the defined brand and content guidelines.
Support the key account team in researching new online sales channels and growth opportunities.
Support the key account team with SEO research to identify new growth opportunities.
Assist in initiatives focused on customer attraction and retention (tracking and analysing reviews, promo placements).
Monitor onsite product presentation and flag issues with copy, images, availability, or categorization.
Process orders by entering them into the order management system and coordinating with logistics or customer service where needed.
Support daily advertising operations by updating key performance metrics (e.g., TACOS, CvR), maintaining data sources for Tableau, conducting impression checks to ensure product visibility, and assisting in campaign and performance optimization
Invoices processing
Perform other tasks requested by the Supervisor in line with the role.
