Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and operationally sharp E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to own campaign planning and execution across FOREO SEA's marketplace channels. This role is the operational backbone of the team — orchestrating campaign calendars, aligning cross-platform execution, and coordinating with platform partners, Platform Leads, internal and external teams to keep everything running on time and on brief. The role also owns KOL and affiliate partner coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
Plan the monthly campaign calendar; coordinate sign-ups, promotional submissions, and voucher applications across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop (SG, MY, PH)
Facilitate timely implementation of campaign activations, product launches, and mega sale events
Liaise with internal teams, Platform Leads, platform partners (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and external agencies to ensure campaign readiness and on-time execution
Store Operations & Promo Calendar
Execute on-site updates and ensure digital shelf visibility — banners, category pages, product listings, pricing, and promotional pages accurate and updated per schedule
Track and report promotional execution status across all platforms and markets; perform regular store checks to ensure content consistency and accuracy
Flag stock and fulfilment risks ahead of campaign activations and coordinate to resolve
Act as operational backup for Platform Leads during peak periods or absences
Promotion Mechanics & Execution
Create and configure promotional mechanics — vouchers, flash deals, bundle, add-on deals, and discount structures
Build and standardise bundle SKU configurations and GWP rules across all platforms and markets
Develop scalable SOP playbooks so campaign execution is repeatable and error rates drop across markets
Document and cascade promo mechanics to Platform Leads
KOL / Affiliate BD & Outreach (30%)
Build and manage a structured KOL and affiliate partner pipeline across SG, MY, PH & VN
Own end-to-end outreach: source, engage, negotiate, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators and affiliate partners
Develop and brief partners on campaign mechanics, product messaging, and content requirements.
Manage partnership agreements, usage rights, and payment terms within approved frameworks; ensure platform disclosure compliance
Requirements
3–5 years in e-commerce operations, marketplace coordination, or digital marketing — regional or multi-market exposure preferred
Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Center and Lazada Seller Center (required)
Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to execution
Exposure to KOL, influencer, or affiliate coordination — comfortable owning outreach and relationships
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — works across Platform Leads, Content, and external partners
Proactive and solutions-driven; comfortable operating in a fast-moving flat team
