HR Administrator
Location: Zagreb, Croatia (Office based)
FOREO is on the lookout for a proactive, organized, and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

REQUIREMENTS
Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Collaborative team player with a passion for fostering a positive work environment"
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the execution of all HR administrative tasks and providing support to the HR team in various operational areas
Preparing and maintaining employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations
Handling the creation and coordination of employment and termination contracts, as well as related paperwork, including registration, deregistration, and updates with institutions like HZMO and HZZO
Ensuring timely completion and processing of new hire documentation
Coordinating employee medical examinations
Managing occupational health and safety requirements (ZNR, ZOP) in collaboration with external agencies.
Issuing certificates, statements, and other documentation at the request of employees (certificates for the bank, kindergarten...)
Accurately entering and updating employee data in relevant HR documents
Ensuring compliance of all HR processes and documentation with company policies and GDPR regulations, responsibility for data confidentiality at all levels
Preparing payroll-related data and collaborating with the finance department for smooth processing
Effectively managing workforce administration, employee lifecycle processes, and exit procedures
Working with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment
Responsible for HR administrative processes and employee documentation to be in accordance with local legislation and internal procedures
Keeping up to date with labour/employment law changes and integration of all changes
All other activities according to the Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements
