REQUIREMENTS
minimum bachelor's degree (economy, social sciences, psychology)
working experience: 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
excellent organisational and communication skills,
excellent in english in writing and speaking, excellent professional and soft skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in developing HR strategies, guidelines and procedures
Support all internal and external HR related activities
Collaborate with Manager to develop a strong understanding of the organisational unit culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the needs of the business
Support in organisational development activities
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
Support employee development plans, performance management and training activities
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Support in corporate communication activities
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
Perform orientation (onboarding process) for new employees and students
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
