Influencer & Content Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Influencer & Content Marketing Lead to own and

elevate our brand presence in the dynamic Malaysia market. This is a pivotal role where you will

be the architect of our influencer strategy and a key driver of organic growth. You will not only

craft compelling campaigns but also lead a small, mighty team, collaborating with global leaders

to make a measurable impact on our business.

This role is a key pillar of our marketing in Malaysia, with the clear opportunity to build the

influencer marketing function and grow into a local or even regional leadership position.

Your Mission:

To build FOREO's brand love and market share in Malaysia by developing and executing a

data-driven, creative, and cost-effective influencer and content marketing strategy that

increases visibility, engagement, and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

● Develop and implement the quarterly/annual influencer & content marketing strategy for

the Malaysia market.

● Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, from brief to launch, ensuring they

are compelling, on-brand, and drive key business metrics (traffic, engagement,

conversion).

● Research and analyze various content advertising opportunities, negotiate contracts to

ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.


Influencer Relations & Management:

● Proactively identify, recruit, and build lasting relationships with a network of key content

creators (KOLs), establishing FOREO as their top-tier partner.

● Continuously explore new and relevant influencers to tap into fresh audiences and drive

customer acquisition.

● Brief and manage influencers to deliver high-quality, engaging content (text, image,

video) that uniquely communicates product benefits.


Analysis & Optimization:

● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs (brand mentions,

engagement, traffic, conversion, sales contribution).

● Utilize local insights, social media dynamics, and competitor analysis to continuously

optimize strategies.

● Protect and enhance the online reputation of our products.


Leadership & Operations:

● Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering a culture of excellence and proactive

problem-solving.

● Manage the end-to-end influencer process: contracts, payments, and database

management.

● Provide logistical support for local and global campaign launches.

● Collaborate effectively with the General Manager and Global Marketing teams to align

market activities with global brand objectives.

Who You Are:

● You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

● You possess 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital PR, Influencer Marketing, or

Content Marketing, specifically within the Malaysia market.

● You are fluent in English and Malaysiaese with exceptional written and verbal

communication skills.

● You are a natural networker—happy to meet editors and KOLs face-to-face, get them

excited about our products, and build genuine partnerships.

● You are highly organized and proactive, with experience using project management

software, G-Suite, and social media platforms. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.

● You thrive in a fast-paced, visible environment, juggling multiple priorities without

sacrificing your critical eye for excellence.

● You are results-driven, highly motivated, and take full ownership of your outcomes.

● You are ready for occasional national and international travel.

● The ideal candidate will show a proactive and positive attitude, taking ownership of tasks

and anticipating next steps without the need for constant supervision. This person

should be able to move projects forward efficiently, suggest improvements, and identify

opportunities to strengthen the market’s performance.
