Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Supervision & Local Operations (35%)
Naver Ecosystem: Supervise daily execution of TP (Edmart) on Naver Brand Store / Smart Store. Audit product listing, Product Detail Page (PDP) quality, SEO tags, and price integrity. Review Naver Biz Advisor data weekly, and translate insights into actionable feedback for TP.
Coupang: Monitor performance of the brand's self-operated store, ensure brand guidelines and pricing strategy remain consistent across all platforms.
Platform Relations: Serve as the local contact to maintain relationships with Naver Beauty Category Manager and Coupang Category Manager.
Cross-department Coordination: Liaise between Seoul and Shanghai visual teams to ensure Korean copy and local aesthetic standards meet requirements.
2. KOL & Creator Marketing (45%)
Agency Management: End-to-end management of KOL/MCN Agency. Review creator lists, approve campaign briefs, and evaluate content scripts/videos/blog posts to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Campaign Execution: Manage sample shipping, campaign timelines, and deliverable tracking. Ensure KOL content correctly links to Naver Store and Coupang brand store.
Performance Tracking: Responsible for ROI/ROAS tracking of each KOL activation. Consolidate data including reach, engagement, click-through rate, and attributed sales into a weekly report for Asia-Pacific leadership.
Group Buying (공구): Coordinate mid-tier and micro creators to launch social commerce group buying, directly driving traffic to Naver and Coupang stores.
3. Data, Reporting & Strategy Support (20%)
Weekly Business Reporting: Consolidate data from Naver, Coupang and KOL campaigns into a one-page weekly report for the Asia-Pacific team.
Sales Event Support: Support planning and execution of major sales events (Black Friday, year-end sales, brand anniversary) from the perspective of local operations and marketing.
Market Intelligence: Continuously update the team on local competitor dynamics, new KOL content trends, and category changes of Korean beauty devices.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in local digital marketing, e-commerce or creator marketing in South Korea.
Industry Background: Prior experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle or consumer electronics is preferred.
Proficient in Naver E-commerce: Deeply familiar with Naver Smart Store / Brand Store ecosystem, Naver Blog/Cafe culture, and Naver Shopping Live. Able to interpret Naver Biz Advisor reports and understand the standard of "good performance".
KOL Marketing Experience: Have experience managing creator campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and Naver Blog. Understand Korean consumer psychology, and can distinguish what content feels "authentic" versus what feels "overly promotional".
Bilingual Capability: Native Korean + Business-level English (written and verbal). Daily communication with the Asia-Pacific international team is required.
Data Sensitivity: Proficient in Excel; Able to operate e-commerce backend data and translate figures into clear business narratives.
Preferred:
Previous work experience in TP (third-party operation) or e-commerce agency.
Familiar with Naver or Coupang seller backend and advertising tools.
Existing network of Korean beauty/lifestyle KOLs or MCN contacts.
Experience coordinating live stream e-commerce.
