REQUIREMENTS
0-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or content creation.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Thai native speaker and citizen.
Comfortable using social media platforms and basic digital tools (Canva, Google Workspace, etc.).
Hands-on attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Content Execution & Management
Assist with creating, scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LINE)
Schedule and post content across all platforms according to the content calendar
Create simple video edits using Canva, CapCut, or InShot for Stories, Reels, and TikTok
Repurpose influencer content received from content marketing team for brand channels
Track engagement and assist in reporting performance metrics.
2. Vendor Management & Communication
Communicate with external suppliers for marketing materials, print production, and other service needs.
Collect quotations, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain relationships with key vendors to support campaigns and events.
Document events through photos / videos for social media content.
Coordinate with the team on timeline, checklist, and post-event reporting.
3. Pop-Up & Event Support
Assist in the setup and disassembly of pop-up booths, roadshows, and events.
Ensure proper brand presentation and product display at all times.
Support logistics and coordination with the event team and mall/venue representatives.
Document events through photos / videos for social media content.
4. E-Commerce Visual Support
Create e-commerce visuals on Canva for platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE)
Adapt templates and brand assets to fit platform guidelines and campaign requirements
Produce product display images, shop-in-shop banners, promotional graphics following established formats
Resize and optimize images for different platforms
Upload visual assets and update product information on marketplaces
Coordinate with Graphic Designer for complex design work requiring AI/PSD.
5. Print & Marketing Support Activities
Coordinate production of printed materials (brochures, posters, stickers, etc.).
Assist with brand material distribution and office inventory organization.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the marketing team.
All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
