● Efficiently upload, update, and optimize product listings on platforms including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and LINE Shop, ensuring accurate product details, attributes, competitive pricing, and brand-aligned visuals; proactively monitor real-time inventory levels, synchronize stock data, and collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to facilitate timely replenishments and pricing adjustments.
Campaign & Promotion Execution
● Assist in the full-cycle planning and execution of promotional activities such as flash sales, product bundles, vouchers, and campaign nominations; manage the timely submission of creative assets, ensure compliance with platform guidelines, and coordinate with account managers and internal marketing schedules to maximize visibility and sales impact; develop and execute monthly live streaming plans, including scheduling live sessions, aligning themes with campaign priorities, coordinating with hosts or affiliates, preparing product highlights and exclusive live promotions, and tracking performance to continuously optimize engagement and conversion.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Support
● Oversee daily order processing, troubleshoot fulfillment challenges, handle returns and refunds, and address customer inquiries promptly; serve as the primary point of contact between customers, platform support teams, and internal operations to uphold high customer satisfaction scores, achieve on-time delivery targets, and minimize dispute resolutions.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
● Track key performance metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and
customer feedback across platforms; generate regular reports, analyze trends, and
provide actionable insights to inform inventory decisions, pricing strategies, and
promotional optimizations.
Platform Optimization & Compliance
● Conduct ongoing audits of listings for SEO best practices, A/B testing of visuals and
descriptions, and adherence to platform policies; identify opportunities for enhanced
visibility, resolve compliance issues, and stay updated on platform algorithm changes
to drive sustained growth and minimize penalties.
