Role Overview
Own the performance marketing function for FOREO SEA's marketplace channels. This is a hybrid role — paid media execution across on-platform and off-platform channels, combined with analytics and reporting. The specialist drives traffic acquisition, tracks every campaign dollar, and builds the data infrastructure that keeps the team operating on insight rather than instinct.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing — On-Platform
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and TikTok Ads Manager across SG, MY, PH, and VN
Formulate monthly and campaign-level strategies to hit platform-specific ROAS, CTR, and revenue targets
Manage ad spend allocation by platform and market; scale winning products, keywords, and campaigns, cut underperformers based on real-time data
Performance Marketing — Off-Platform
Plan, execute, and optimise always-on and campaign-burst paid media on Meta Ads Manager to drive traffic to marketplace storefronts
Monitor and optimise campaign performance daily — adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Analyse audience segments and funnel performance; test and iterate on ad formats, hooks, and messaging
Liaise with the marketing team to align on campaign timing, messaging, and creative assets ahead of key launches and promotions
Data, Reporting & Automation
Build and maintain performance dashboards covering store, product, ads, promotions and other reports across all platforms and markets
Analyse campaign and monthly performance results in the context of overall marketplace KPIs; surface insights and optimisation recommendations
Track and report on performance on a weekly and monthly basis
Lead all data-related and automation initiatives for the marketplace team
Affiliate — Data Screening Support
Help shortlist affiliates based on fit and potential
Evaluate affiliates against performance benchmarks (engagement rate, audience quality, past conversion attribution) and flag underperformers or anomalies for review
Maintain tracking and attribution for affiliate-driven traffic and conversions
Requirements
3–5 years in performance marketing with hands-on marketplace ads experience (Shopee Ads or Lazada Sponsored Solutions and TikTok Ads required)
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager
Comfortable building and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Strong analytical skills — interprets campaign data, identifies patterns, translates into action
Outcome-oriented, self-directed, independent, and has initiative
Strong Plus
Experienced in using AI tools
Experience in Tableau
Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or beauty/consumer goods
