REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, key account support, or customer service (experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail industries is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in both written and verbal communication.
English is used as a daily working language.
Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure, and willing to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Suits (Sheets/Slides etc.)
Able to travel for store visits, meetings, or event support (travel allowance provided).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support sales and business development activities across assigned key accounts.
Coordinate with retailers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage sales-related documents, including invoices, contracts, promotional decks, and reports.
Monitor and update sales performance, stock levels, and provide regular updates to the manager.
Assist in the execution and follow-up of marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales promotions.
Conduct store visits or support event setups to check product placement, stock levels, and assist with activation activities.
Assist in account onboarding and product training for retail staff or business partners.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the manager, including coordination with supply chain teams and Beauty Advisors (BAs).
All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
