We are on the lookout for a key contributor to the company's digital advertising success, collaborating closely both internally and externally while delivering consistent and cost-effective digital media solutions that generate demand and support business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with extensive relevant experience considered.
At least 3-5 years in digital advertising or a similar role, with proven track record in multi-platform, multi-market campaign management.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta advertising
Knowledge of other major digital platforms knowledge will be considered as an advantage
Experience with project management tools, tracking tools, reporting, and data analysis.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and optimize budgets for paid digital media advertising across multiple markets.
Drive demand and sales growth through effective use of paid digital channels, including PPC, Affiliate, Paid Content, Email, Social Media, and Marketplaces.
Collaborate with marketing teams across different regions to develop efficient and cost-effective digital media solutions.
Lead campaign planning, briefing, and execution in coordination with PPC specialists, affiliate teams, creative teams, and social media managers.
Act as a media strategist capable of selecting the most effective channels and media for specific market situations.
Analyze performance data, generate insightful reports, and identify opportunities for optimization and improved ROI.
Prepare creative briefs and provide key digital insights to guide the creative department.
Develop strategies and activity plans for product launches and retail campaigns.
Set KPIs and objectives for team members, monitor progress, and deliver feedback to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Stay proactive in identifying innovative advertising opportunities and adapting strategies to diverse market conditions.
