Qualification:

    You have 2-4 years of proven, hands-on experience in a social media role where you were responsible for both strategy and execution, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or tech space.

    You are a native of Instagram and TikTok, with a deep understanding of what makes content work on each platform. Experience with Facebook and WhatsApp/Telegram is a strong plus.

    You are a content creation prodigy—highly proficient in shooting and editing video (for Reels/TikTok), designing graphics (Canva/Adobe Suite), and writing sharp, engaging copy.

    You have a data-driven growth mindset; you live for metrics and understand how to move the needle on both brand and sales KPIs. Experience with TikTok Shop is a major advantage.

    You are a trend-spotter with a finger on the pulse of local culture, able to quickly adapt and capitalize on viral moments.

    You are proficient with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Later).

    You are fluent in English and Vietnamese.

    You are a self-starter, thriving with autonomy. You don't wait for a brief; you bring the ideas and execute them.


Responsibilities:

1.    Strategy & Growth:

    Develop and own the holistic social media strategy for SG, MY; VN and PH, with a sharp focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, to achieve brand building and direct sales objectives.

    Drive rapid growth in followers, engagement, and share of voice through innovative content and community initiatives.

    Build, launch, and manage our TikTok Shop strategy, turning social engagement into direct revenue.

2.    Content Creation & Execution:

    Be the hands-on content engine: conceptualize, shoot, edit, and design a constant stream of engaging short-form video, static graphics, and compelling copy.

    Masterfully blend UGC, branded content, and AI-generated assets to produce a high-volume, high-impact content mix.

    Stay ahead of the curve on local and global social trends, rapidly adapting and executing them to make FOREO a relevant and talked-about brand.

3.    Performance & Analytics:

    Track, analyze, and report on key metrics: follower growth, engagement rates, content performance, and—critically—sales conversion and revenue generated from social efforts.

    Use data to relentlessly optimize content strategy, ad spend (if any), and the TikTok Shop presence for maximum ROI. 

4.    Collaboration & Amplification:

    Work in lockstep with the Influencer & Content Marketing Lead to strategically amplify all influencer content, creatively repurposing it across all social channels for maximum mileage.

    Partner with the GM and Marketing Manager to align social strategy with overall business goals.
